Problem
A customer has a review app installed and asks how to make our app “see” it so reviews show in product schema.
Cause
Our app can display review ratings in product schema only when the merchant uses one of the review apps that we officially support (integrated apps).
If the merchant’s review app is not listed in our integration settings, our app cannot fetch review data from it.
Automatic detection is not supported for unlisted review apps.
Supported Review Apps (Integrated List)
Our app supports review schema integration with these apps only:
- Ali Reviews
- Judge.me
- Loox
- LAI Product Reviews
- Orankl
- Rivyo
- Ryviu
- Shopify Product Reviews
- Stamped
- SSW
- Trustify
- TYDAL Reviews
- VN Reviews
- WiseReviews
- Yotpo
If a review app is not in this list, it is not compatible for review schema integration.
Solution
To show reviews in product schema using our app, the merchant must:
- Open our app settings
- Go to Review App Settings
- Select one of the supported review apps listed above
- Save settings
- Ensure the selected review app is installed and active in Shopify
If the merchant wants to keep using an unsupported review app, review schema ratings cannot be shown through our app.
Escalation Rule
Create a ticket when the customer asks:
- “Can you add support for Doran?”
- “When will you support this app?”
- “Can your team help integrate it?”
