Problem

A customer asks how to add or track Lead events in Pixee.

Example customer questions:

  • How can I add leads?
  • How do I track lead events?
  • Can Pixee track leads?
  • How do I set up lead tracking?

Cause

Currently, Pixee does not provide a default Lead tracking event.

So if a customer wants to track leads, it cannot be done through a built-in Lead event automatically.

Solution

If the customer wants to track leads using Pixee, they need to use Custom Event Tracking.

Steps

  1. Open the Pixee app
  2. Go to the Event option
  3. Navigate to Customer Event
  4. Click Add Custom Event

Then the customer can create and configure their custom lead tracking event based on their requirement.
