How Do I Access App Analytics?
You can view your analytics directly inside the Analyzely – Google Analytics 4 app in your Shopify Admin.
Accessing the Analytics Dashboard
- Log in to your Shopify Admin.
- Go to Apps.
- Open “Analyzely – Google Analytics 4”.
When the app opens, you will see the Dashboard, which displays key metrics such as:
- Sessions
- Page Views
- Bounce Rate
From the dashboard, you can navigate to different reports using the sidebar or the report cards.
Viewing Standard Reports
To view general website traffic and analytics data:
- Open the Analyzely app.
- Click Standard Reports in the left sidebar.
These reports show standard GA4 metrics such as traffic sources, sessions, and user behavior.
Viewing eCommerce Reports (Pro Plan)
If you are using the Pro plan, you can access advanced sales analytics.
- Open the Analyzely app.
- Click eCommerce Reports in the sidebar.
These reports include:
- Sales performance
- Product analytics
- Conversion funnels
By default, reports display data from the last 30 days, but you can adjust the date range.
Requirements Before Analytics Will Show Data
Before analytics data appears in the app, make sure:
- Your Google account is connected
- A GA4 property is selected
Once these steps are completed and your store receives traffic, analytics data will begin appearing in the reports.
If I want to use Shopify API data for an external platform, do I necessarily need an app dashboard? How does this affect pixel setup?
This type of setup involves advanced technical configuration and depends on your specific use case.
Since it may include custom API usage, external platform integration, and tracking logic, there isn’t a standard setup that works for all stores.
To ensure everything is configured correctly and to avoid any tracking or data issues, we recommend creating a support ticket so our technical team can review your setup and guide you properly.
